NSTP is designed not just to train but to reskill the next generation of cybersecurity specialists for the US, with investment covered by NukuDo and our partners. Whether you come from a background in IT or completely outside the tech sphere, we provide the necessary training to launch your new career.

If chosen after the comprehensive assessments, participants will be required to sign an agreement committing to complete the intensive cybersecurity bootcamp and fulfill a guaranteed full-time job position with one of our partner organizations for a duration of three years following the conclusion of the program.

Our graduates step into the cybersecurity world ready to command salaries that meet or exceed the national average. With mid-level positions, such as penetration testers and cybersecurity analysts, earning around $100K annually, NukuDo ensures you are well-prepared to secure a financially rewarding career.

Once you are successfully onboarded to our training program, you will receive an attractive training salary of approximately $4,000 a month. This support is designed to aid your career transition into cybersecurity, ensuring you can focus fully on developing your skills without financial worry.

A FULL-TIME PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES:

LEVEL 1 - IMMERSIVE FULL-TIME TRAINING WITH NUKUDO

6 Months

Intensive and practical training

1:6 Tutor-Trainee ratio for individualized instruction

Access to career sessions and mentorship with industry partners and experts

Monthly study allowance/training stipend of $4000 each month, to assist with your studies

LEVEL 2 - REAL-WORLD TRAINING

& INDUSTRY PLACEMENT

Full-time positions with partner organizations to obtain practical experience

LEVEL 3 - ADVANCED SKILL DEVELOPMENT

1 Week for Every 6 Months,

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE NUKUDO TRAINING PROGRAM?

All individuals eligible to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. Our rigorous recruitment process is designed to identify candidates with the skill and raw ability necessary to excel in cybersecurity, regardless of their background.

MUST I HAVE A CYBERSECURITY BACKGROUND TO APPLY FOR THE NUKUDO TRAINING PROGAM?

While a background in cybersecurity is not required, applicants must demonstrate a strong aptitude and passion for the field. Our recruitment includes a distinctive aptitude test that helps identify promising talents who are then supported through paid training. We provide comprehensive training that prepares you for a successful career in cybersecurity, regardless of your previous professional experience.

HOW WILL THE LEVEL 1 BOOTCAMP TRAINING BE CONDUCTED?

Training will be conducted face-to-face on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm at the NukuDo training center. The curriculum emphasizes real-world applications with 80% of our teaching dedicated to immersive, practical scenarios.

WHEN DOES THE NEXT NSTP COHORT START?

Our second NSTP cohort is tentatively set to start in August 2024.

ARE FOREIGNERS ELIGIBLE?

Currently, we are only accepting applications from US citizens and Permanent Residents. This policy helps us maintain a commitment to developing domestic talent in line with national cybersecurity needs.

HOW MUCH DO I GET PAID UNDER THE NUKUDO TRAINING PROGRAM?

Upon signing the program agreement for the NukuDo, you will receive a monthly training salary of approximately $4,000 USD for the entire duration of the 6-month bootcamp. This financial support is part of our commitment to eliminating financial barriers and ensuring that all recruited candidates can focus fully on developing their cybersecurity skills without financial concerns.

IS THE NUKUDO TRAINING PROGRAM A TRAINING PROGRAM OR A FULL-TIME JOB?

The program is structured as full-time employment from day one, ensuring financial stability for participants. Trainees first complete a 6-month full-time bootcamp training with a monthly study allowance, followed by a 3-year full-time position at a NukuDo partner organization, receiving a monthly salary commensurate with their skills and experience.
